1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and selected rural areas.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you at the time of order or shortly thereafter.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹[Insert amount] (if applicable).
  • For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to track your package in real time.

6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services such as DTDC, Fedex, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Shiprocket, India Post, and others to ensure timely delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes and products.
  • COD orders may be subject to additional verification before shipping.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.
  • In case of a missed delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rescheduling.

9. Third-Party Marketplace Orders
If you placed your order on Amazon, Meesho, or any other marketplace, their respective shipping and delivery policies apply.
